Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Products are shipped once production is complete, as we work on a made-to-order basis to reduce waste. Please note that there may be some delays during periods of high demand.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping to mainland Spain costs €4.
  • Shipping to the European Union costs between €5 and €25, depending on the destination country. You will see the exact amount on the checkout page once you enter your shipping details.
  • Shipping to the rest of the world will be available soon.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. Incorppore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and such charges will be your responsibility as the customer.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at incorppore.info@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at incorppore.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution.
