Refund policy

At Incorppore, we strive to offer you quality products that you will love. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return it under the following conditions:

General Conditions

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Product Condition

In order for us to accept the return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging, along with any accessories or promotional gifts received.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or personalized accessories, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If approved, the refund amount will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs

The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or order errors.

How to Request a Return

Please send an email to incorppore.info@gmail.com including:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.

We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back. Once the package is received, we will notify you of the return status, and if applicable, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges for Size or Product

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or model, please follow the same return process and then place a new order.

Defective Products or Order Errors

If the product has manufacturing defects or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.
