PAYMENTS
WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I BUY IN?
Payments, as well as refunds for shipments, are all invoiced in Euros (EUR).
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Shop Pay and Union Pay.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
All credit card transactions made on this website are secure payments, validated by European regulations.
SHIPPING
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
National orders (Peninsula): €4
European Union countries: €5 - €25

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to all countries in the European Union.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping takes between 10-14 business days to arrive from when payment is accepted.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an email from them with the order tracking number.
To monitor the status of your order, visit the courier company's website and enter the number in the "track your shipment" area.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?
Changes cannot be made once the order has been placed and payment has been accepted.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
If the product is defective, you can return it free of charge. For more information, see the following question or read the return policy.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer a free collection service for all customers for products you wish to return if the reason for the return is a defective product.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product. We recommend that you request free collection within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives on time.
To request a free return pickup: send an email to incorppore.info@gmail.com with the subject “Order Return”. In the email, explain the reason for the return and the address where the product should be picked up.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
Products cannot be exchanged unless the reason is a size change or a defective product.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Once the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed through the same original payment method. The refund includes the full price of the product(s) but not the shipping costs.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you do not receive your order within 1 month of payment being accepted, please email incorppore.info@gmail.com with the subject “Order not received” and we will contact you to verify the problem and issue a refund.

EXCLUSIVENESS
HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED?
Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity , as well as the corresponding item number.
This certificate guarantees that only 50 units of each design have been produced and that there will never be a restock of the same design.
